๐ 10-Day Return Window
We accept return requests within 10 days after delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
Unused and unopened
In the original packaging
In the same condition you received it
With proof of purchase or order confirmation
๐งด Hygiene & Skincare Product Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tested skincare and beauty products cannot be returned.
This includes creams, masks, serums, pads, and personal-care items once opened or used.
๐ฆ Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos or video of the issue
Photos of the packaging
After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
๐ซ Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Opened or used skincare products
Personal-care items with broken seals
Sale or clearance items
Items returned without approval
Products damaged by misuse

Do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Returns are accepted by mail only after approval.
We do not accept in-store returns.

Return labels are not included in the package.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or the return is due to our mistake.
๐ต Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.
๐ณ Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
๐ Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
๐ Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or the return is due to our mistake.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
โ Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 3โ4 hours after placing the order.
After order processing starts, cancellation may not be possible.
